This coffee works particularly well as an espresso. We like it at 20g in, 40g out, 91°C, and around 26 seconds. That said, if you’re more of a traditional filter coffee drinker, we’d still encourage you to try it as a pour-over or French press. Compared to our AMBER-sleeved coffees, it’s a lot heavier and more full-bodied as a filter coffee.
