Technically, this coffee is classified as a filter roast - and don't get me wrong, it makes an outstanding coffee in the Aeropress, as well as other filter methods. A very fun filter coffee that combines chai-like spices and yellow stone fruits.
That said, if you have access to an espresso machine, I’d encourage you to pull an experimental shot. You might be surprised by just how fruit-forward, vibrant, and sweet this coffee becomes as an espresso.
