One of our favourite coffees all summer, especially when its brewed as a flash brew. Don’t worry if you don’t have an Aeropress. These intense passion fruit and mango notes can be easily extracted using a variety of filter methods.
That said, don't stop there. Pull it as an espresso and you might be surprised by just how sweet, balanced, and surprisingly funky this shot can be.
